Paul Trad
Founder and Managing DirectorPaul leads Guwing Green with a clear vision for innovation and sustainability in the renewable energy industry across both the residential and commercial sectors. As a solar engineer with a Master's in Photovoltaic Systems from UNSW, Paul has advocated for, designed and delivered over 30 MW of solar energy over his career.
Brad Fawcett
Director of Battery SolutionsBrad is a level 2 electrician with over 25 years' experience in the renewable energy sector. As a battery and energy storage pioneer in Australia, Brad is personally responsible for installing and commissioning over 40 MW of batteries across Australia. There is no energy storage problem that is out of Brad's depth.
Kevin Ratanawira
Lead Engineer, Solar and EVKevin is a solar engineer and our lead project engineer with extensive experience in designs and risk assessments. Prior to joining Guwing Green, he worked as a solar engineer with a Tier 1 company. Kevin has been involved in the design of a multitude of solar farms.
Carson Gale
Lead Electrical and Solar TechnicianCarson leads the safe and efficient installation of solar and electrical systems at Guwing Green. His technical expertise and commitment to quality ensure safe, reliable energy solutions for homes, businesses and community. Carson ensures our safety management plans are always implemented onsite.
Nash Conway
Electrical and Solar TechnicianNash supports the installation and maintenance of solar and electrical systems at Guwing Green. His attention to detail and dedication help ensure the efficient delivery of energy solutions for clients. Nash's understanding and knowledge of AS/NZS 3000:2018 Electrical Installations is commendable.
