Four Promises We've Never Had To Break

Coastal home with rooftop solar at Avalon Beach
  • PROMISE №01

    Right-Sized, Not Oversold

If a smaller system fits your roof and your habits, that's the system we'll quote. We'd rather under-sell than oversize.

  • PROMISE №02

    Engineers, Not Salespeople

A real engineer designs the system on your roof, and stays the contact when you have questions.

  • PROMISE №03

    Plain-English Quotes

Every line item explained: panels, inverter, racking, rebate, payback. No mystery boxes.

What It's Like Working With Us

From Curious to Connected

No high-pressure quotes, no truck-of-the-month panels. Just four conversations, one design, one install.

  1. STEP 01

    A Friendly Call

We listen to what your household uses power for, before we talk products.

  2. STEP 02

    Read Your Bills

Four quarters of meter data tells us more than any brochure ever will.

  3. STEP 03

    Design & Quote

An SAA engineer draws the system, then writes the quote in plain English.

  4. STEP 04

    Install & Switch-On

Usually 2 to 4 weeks after approval. The grid paperwork is on us.

Frequently Asked Questions

Five Questions We Hear First

Short answers below, longer ones in the resources library.

Full FAQ library →
  • How much can a typical home save?+

A quick rule of thumb is to multiply your current quarterly bill by 0.4. That gives you a fair starting estimate of your savings. Most households we work with cut grid spend by 30 to 40%, but we model the exact figure off your last four bills before quoting.

  • Will a battery actually pay for itself?+

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Battery economics shift fast, so we'll show you a payback curve before suggesting one, not after.

  • What about rebates?+

The federal STC scheme runs to 2030. We claim it as a point-of-sale discount in the quote, so you don't chase paperwork later.

  • Do you handle the grid paperwork?+

Yes, including DNSP applications, meter reconfiguration and connection. You sign one thing, and we run the rest.

  • What warranty comes with the system?+

Manufacturer warranties on panels, inverter and battery (typically 10 to 25 years) plus our own workmanship warranty on the install.
